In the error compensation grinding of F-theta lens, the contour error compensation of grinding wheel can reduce the shape error by 55% without secondary machining after inspection. Vertical error compensation and normal error compensation can reduce the shape error by 62% and 64% respectively.

Application of spatial statistical method

The machining error of free-form surface is decomposed by spatial statistics method to form systematic error and random error. By this method, the machining accuracy of parts can be significantly improved.
