Heating rate problem

The heating rate of glass in the furnace is too fast, which easily leads to uneven heating of glass and glass cracking.

Forming external force problem

When the glass is formed, the external force of the auxiliary forming is too large, which leads to the explosion of the glass. For products with large radius of curvature, the glass must rely on auxiliary external force to form a fitting mold, but the operator should understand that the glass forming should mainly rely on temperature adjustment to meet the requirements.

The problem of excessive glass fit after hot bending
